Army SGT Wes Cureton
In 2010, Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors (JAH4WW) was able to raise enough money to remodel its first home, that of Army SGT Wes Cureton, who was critically injured while defending this country in Afghanistan.
The home where he lived with his wife and two small children was no longer suitable for him to reside in due to his injuries. JAH4WW assessed the necessary home modifications and completely remodeled the home by making it 100% handicap accessible. This included an indoor/outdoor patio room so Cureton could enjoy the outdoors, a safe driveway and entryway free of curbs and steps, and an exterior fence for his property.
